/ S h i p p i n g

Once approved for a return/refund, postal address is: Unit 7, 11 Northside Drive, Westgate, Auckland 0814. Please ensure tracking is included. We do not accept any liability for missing items that don’t include tracking. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

/ R e t u r n s

Online orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original condition (not worn, altered or washed), all original tags and or packaging are still attached along with proof of purchase. You will be given the option to replace the item, choose something different or a store credit. If the newly chose item is a lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.

 

/ R e f u n d s

In the unlikely event of a major fault not being picked up prior to purchase, and we have determined it is a factory issue, you have the option of replacement or refund. We are not liable for any damage that has occurred after purchase. Once your return is received and determined a factory fault, your refund will be processed as soon as we can.
